Welcome to the Citroen Car Club

The Club for Citroën enthusiasts everywhere

For more information, telephone 07000 248 258

We've been looking after Club members since 1949 so we know what we're talking about when it comes to Citroën the marque, its heritage and that elusive ingredient that makes these cars so special, even today.

Clearly, it's a combination of our name, reputation and experience that accounts for the 4000+ Citroën vehicles in our ranks. In fact, it's probably fair to say that many of the older models wouldn't be on our roads today if this Club hadn't provided timely expert advice and technical camaraderie to model owners during this period.

But times have changed and now it's not just technical advice that matters to our members. We see more and younger members joining us with sporty Saxos, wicked C2s, trendy C3s, family C5s and spacious C8s. In fact there are as many new cars as air-cooled ones in our ranks, although the older classics and affordable (5+ years old) do make up the majority today.

Regardless of your choice of Citroën model, we're sure you'll find something for your needs within our Club services today.

To get the full benefit of this site, please register a user ID using the panel to the left. You don't have to be a CCC member, but you'll get even more from the site if you are.

If you register on the site, please CAREFULLY check your email address - if you still don’t receive your password within an hour or two, it’s almost certain that a spam filter on your mail account is being over-eager, so have a look in any folder it may put suspected junk mail in.

Classic & Sportscar Awards at the Classic Motor Show

I am delighted to report that at the NEC on Saturday The CITROËN CAR CLUB, The TRACTION OWNERS CLUB and 2CVGB were jointly presented with the prestigious CLASSIC & SPORTS CAR MAGAZINE award for 'THE BEST LARGE CLUB STAND' at the show for their adjoining stands, which incorporated the four prototypes from the Conservatoire in Paris which Citroën UK kindly loaned for the event.

This is a very hotly contested award by some 150 clubs and follows on from our award for 'THE BEST CLUB MAGAZINE' in 2007.

This was a truly joint operation between the three Clubs and no individual Club would have won the award without the others so all are to be congratulated.

But our own Congratulations must go to to our event organiser, Nigel Wild, who was responsible for arranging the display on our stand and the layout of the prototypes, which were shared between the three Clubs. Nigel was just a little bit chuffed!

It’s Official!
The 15th International Citroen Car Club Rally (ICCCR) will be held in Yorkshire, UK in 2012.

The event has been designated "ACI Event of the Year - 2012"
Preparation has been underway for over 2 years in shortlisiting potential locations, and building the proposal.
Now the big job starts with the planning and delivery of the proposed event.
The communications plan is key to ensuring that that everyone who is interested is kept up to date and as part of this the web-site is now up and running at www.icccr2012.org.uk.
Additionally, you can register your interest in the event and recieve a periodic e-newsletter which will keep you "in the picture" as the event approaches.
We look forward to you joining us in Yorkshire in 2012!.

Events like this need lots of support and help to make our foreign vistors welcome (and I don't just mean the ones from outside of Yorkshire....) so, if you have aparticular "skill" that you would like to offer to assit us, please contact your ICCCR representatives (Nigel Wild and Philip Clark).

Regards
Mick
